Estimating that death and taxes are really institutionalized, and that more women have driver licenses than men in the US, your argument is still WRONG
Even if the drivers licenses thing is true, so what? What point is this guy trying to make?
Also to paraphrase Terry Pratchett, death is nothing like taxes because it occurs only once...
Maybe keyster lives in fear that one of those women drivers is going to cause his death by vehicular homicide sort of divine justice.
BTW, isn't "keyster" 1930s-era slang for rectum? It seems a very appropriate screen name in this case.
