(When a woman miscarries, did God do an abortion on her? )
If a man dies of a heart attack, from a moral perspective that is quite different than if he had been shot to death by a carjacker. That distinction also exists between a miscarriage and an induced abortion. There are many things which God is allowed to do that man is not allowed to do. The refusal to accept that reality is the basis of the pro-choice mentality.

I thought that Jesus said, be perfect as your father in Heaven. In Genesis they say that God made us to his image. Obviously, if we´re to take God as a model, it should be with all the consequences. Moreover, I thought that free will is an extension of God´s decisive capacity. Anyway, the question is, if God, on one hand, is a moral giver, but on the other appears to do whatever he likes because he is God, the whole concept of God is love and his purpose bites the dust.
Its not sound at all.
"This imaginary skyfairy can do anything we're not allowed to, and it'll punish you, by intermediary of some of us bombing your clinics because we don't like it and the rest harassing everyone endlessly, and that's ok, because we were made in its image and its shows us morality with good examples! But if YOU do it its wrong and you'll get punished, as we said!"
They can't even apply the same moral compass to the one they claim is GIVING THEM THEIR (if you can call it that)MORALITY, despite their own scripture claiming they're to follow its example.
Yeah God does have a right to take a woman's baby against her will and then be mad about abortions. Because after all the woman is not omniscient. She might be concerned about petty things like her health. God is concerned about the big things. For example, what if she worked on the sabbath? We dont execute people for that in this sinful world anymore. God has to punish her for this sin.
*edit- For the record I am not serious. Im joking.
How about we give people a little bit of responsibility? The man dying of a heart attack may well have smoked, drank, and baconed himself to it.
The person who had a miscarriage may have finally blown enough coke. Or the baby may have actually been non-viable.
So. Goddidit? How about people are responsible for their damn selves, and if it doesn't concern you, it's none of your business?
I don't see how a fatal heart attack could have a moral perspective.
Also, who allows god to do what he does?
So basically what I've gotten over the years is that we don't need to look to God for our morals because he gets to work differently, he works in "mysterious ways" so we'll never understand why he does what he does, and there isn't even any consistency between him and what it says about him in the Bible. That's great, really.
Congratulations, ProlifeAmerica. You're a victim of Pascal's Wager.
