Poe? The most vocal proponents of creationism are always going on about "muh freydum!" and throwing hysterical tantrums about evolution being taught in which they call it a violation of their freedom and therefore persecution.
The bat shit-insane atheism = drug addicts non-sequitur is spot on though.
And Christians don't abuse drugs?
Also, evolution doesn't say God doesn't exist. It simply doesn't make a statement on it. Because science deals with evidence and facts.
Why do you care if they use drugs? Oh, wait, you're a fundie, so you don't get the concept of bodily autonomy. Silly me, I forgot.
About five years ago I fell off the wagon. In the middle of trying to drink myself to death I got rededicated (a second baptism to show devotion to the church) and went to church every week.
Now I've gone back to my deistic pagan beliefs and I'm sober.

Let me tell you something. I've pretty much been an atheist my entire life, and yet I've never touched a drop of alcohol in my life (aside from trying a bit of wine when I was younger, ONCE). Nor do I plan to ever drink alcohol in the future.
