When he goes to Hell, he'll be glad to find out he wasn't really a bishop, b/c real bishops get it far worse down there.

"Wasn't really a bishop"? It seems pretty straightforward to me that he was a bishop; that's what makes this whole incident newsworthy, isn't it?
Julian, there are forums out there that make Christian Forums look like a 60's love fest, real sickfuckery. I'm thinking of Theocracy Online, Freak Conservatives, and Rapture Ready. Less than a month ago, UberLutheran was on Theocracy Online. He took passages of Mein Kampf, and other Nazi/Fascist speeches, and substituted "gay" for the words Jew and Communist. They ate it up. Then UL revealed what he did, and what they subscribed to--BANNED! On his ban notice, they put a hammer & sickle icon.
