This is a flat out lie. There are no open-ended commands in the OT or the NT for Jews or Christians to commit violence against unbelievers or against anyone. You cannot produce any because they do not exist.

Therefore, there are no Jews or Christians committing such acts, on a regular basis, all over the world, in obedience to any such commands.

Period.

And Christians only do what the Bible tells them to? Why, then, do we have fundamentalists who indulge in the Rapture industry, a concept for which there is no evidence before the 18th century? Yet it is justified through appeals to the Bible. If you want to read about the people fundamentalists hate - both Christian and Jewish - go google "Who are the Amalekites today."

Hosea 13:16. I guess that's how Timothy McVeigh justified his murdering those 19 children in the Oklahoma City bombing atrocity.

Just the above proof (1 Thessalonians 5:21 [KJV]) means that your precious Bible condoning terrorism is the least of your problems. Therefore we'll hear no more from you lot in perpetuity about abortion, because the above titbit of Scripture alone means the whole 'Pro-Life' cause doesn't have the right to exist, seeing as your 'God of unconditional Love' ordered abortions to happen. I mean, what had those Samaritan unborn done to warrant their terminations...?!

You can't use the Jewish uprisings as an example of the bible telling Jews it's alright to commit murder. The Romans were violent invaders who conquered what was, until the Romans took it over, the Kingdom of Israel and Judea. You can't blame the Jews for attempting to force them out of their own country.

Now if you want to list actual proof, I'd suggest you take a look at Leviticus. Lot's of stuff in there.

My argument conclusively proved. The fundies' 'argument' annihilated (certainly their 'morals' & their Bible such are based on, re. that 2nd link).

My argument that right-wing Fundamentalist Christainity represents a clear & present danger to civilised democratic society, infinitely worse than Al-Qaeda (because they are the enemy, domestic), therefore stands uncontested.

The fundies - ALL of them, no exceptions - can prove me wrong: by ALL of them recanting of their unjustifiable beliefs/politics and becoming left-wing Atheists, or becoming hyper-tolerant, quiet, keep themselves & their religion to themselves, unopinionated Christians, such as the Quakers and Unitarian Universalists.

Every second that ALL of them don't, they continue to prove me right.
