What was Hitler's plan to get rid of the Jewish people? First was to dehumanize them, then the rest fell into place - this is what the liberals have done to those babies. Even Rahm Immanuel and Axelrod said that abortion rights should extend for "fetus'" up to 2 years old.
That way you get 2 years to decide on "buyer's remorse".

Nobody, except you, is saying that abortion rights should extend up to two years after birth.

Abortion rights has nothing to do with toddlers, wtf. You can't abort a two year old, believe it or not... I knew fundamentalists had a tremendously difficult time understanding human reproduction, but this is plain ridiculous.

You're right that "the rest of [Hitler's plan] fell into place" - once they were sufficiently dehumanized, he moved on to step 2, packing them into camps and shooting them en masse. He didn't waste any time with voluntary abortions, which aren't going to reverse the general trend of population growth.
Also, nobody in America is suggesting euthanasia of live children and you bloody well know it. If you can't argue from good faith, don't even bother.

In a word? Yes. They honestly think fully formed babies are pulled screaming from the womb and dimembered as opposed to clumps of cells or at the latest legally performed stages a mostly formed fetus with rudimentery nervous response and few, if any, cognitive functions.

Protip: a two years old foetus? If it is an human one, something has gone very, very wrong with this pregnancy... (and even among animals with longer gestation times than humans, I can't think of a species where it lasts two frikking years)
