jcrawford seems to be interpreting "abortion rights" as the right to *perform* an abortion, not to *have* an abortion. He's (I'm going to assume jcrawford is a guy) upset that male medical doctors can perform abortions while other men can't. Specifically, he's upset that other men can abort the male fetus of his mighty Christian seed. Based on the other things he said in that thread, it appears that he thinks that abortion is something that men do to other men, and the woman is just the battle ground on which their battle for dominance is fought.
And of course, the interesting thing is, women have XX chromosomes and men have XY. It's actually the male's sperm that determines the sex of the child.
Um... did any of you consider that this person's name is Jasmine or Jo-Ann or Juanita Crawford or something.
Zipperback: The repressed racism really isn't all that evident in this particular post, however if you search through our wonderful database for some of john crawford's other quotes you'll come across a series of posts he made where he asserted that it was racist to say that humans evolved from African monkeys, he then went on a tangent about how he was descended from neanderthals and renounced the term "hom sapien' as being racist.
