Sure, there are bisexuals who like "a little bi on the fly", but that's because they're bisexual.

Your promiscuous heterosexual male won't "go gay" to get his rocks off. It doesn't work that way.

Really? Addicted? I've met one, one - as in "1", in my life that I knew about. Probably a few more I wasn't aware of, but you "see a lot"? Really? Addicted?

Where do you see these lots? How do you know? Addicted? Are you sure they don't just enjoy sex and pursue it?

Do you know what "addiction" means?

And, who are this "we" you speak of?

Sounds to me like another fundie preacher using over-exaggeration, fantasy, and lies to start off a sermon, following the typical fundie recipe.

Yes, I have known more than a few gay men get married, try to be "straight", etc. But eventually sought men. Many of them even have children. But I suspect that if they lived in a more.....um....accepting world, they would never marry a woman. I think that is the better solution. It really isnt fair to a woman who thinks her husband is straight, only to find our years later. But as alluded to above, those men feel compelled, or just dont fully understand themselves at the time they get married. I think a lot of those situations would go away if they lived in a world not dominated by a religion that imposes such social pressure to be heterosexual.

If a straight man can't get sex from his girlfriend/wife, and he can't hold back his desires to the point where he's willing to cheat, (which you have to be if you're cheating on her with dudes) then he'll find a woman for casual sex. Failing that he'll hire a prostitute. Failing that he'll masturbate while thinking of women.

Straight men don't fuck other men just because their girlfriends don't give them sex, at least not before considering other options that still involve women.

If he's looking for sex because his girlfriend/wife won't fuck him, and his very first course of action is to go for men, then perhaps he's not completely straight.

...men who profess to be heterosexual, to the extent of telling others that any other lifestyle is wrong, yet commit that exact same wrongdoing themself.

In Ted Faggard's case, considering how he held such sway over Evangelical Christianity as a whole in the US at the time, including having the ear of president George Dumbya Bush on a regular basis, frankly what his wife would think was the least of his problems.

Sure, if by "a lot" you mean an insignificantly miniscule portion of men,heterosexual or otherwise.

You do realize that even people who are actual sex addicts do not spend every minute of every day having sex or trying to have sex, nor do they tend to do it with anyting that moves.

So the desire to get off is so strong that these heterosexual will seek out gay men for sex rather than simply jack off? And where does one finds these hordes of gay men willing to have sex with any strait sex addict they meet?

People you describe as desiring sex "at all times of the day" don't tend to stay married very long, or even get married in the first place.
