[This is not sarcasm]
Im voting in the conservatives in January, then we Canadians will start truly supporting our great ally to the south. We must become as Italy and Germany were during WW2, and walk in step, never disagreeing, never breaking our bond. Nothing must divide us! And when Bush says it is time to go to war, it is we Canadians duty to say "YES SIR!" Grab a gun, and commence the process of killing the godless enemies of freedom.
And If Bush says, "Canada it is time for you to join the United States" then we must say "Oh thank you Bush for allowing us the privilege to join your great country, " we will then bring our American friends gifts and write them a thank you card for letting us join them in their greatness.
Any who disagree with what I have just said should be considered enemies of freedom. Because You are opposing all that is good. And You will be remembered when we begin bringing freedom to the world; which in other words means, not a good thing for you.

"We must become as Italy and Germany were during WW2, and walk in step, never disagreeing, never breaking our bond." - and surrendering as soon as you start losing ...
Comes the Saeculum's end,
Society's death 'round the bend.
Lo! the civilise convulse
Perhaps this time..
We will truly lose the pulse.
So sad, societies come and go.
Flapper hats,miniskirts, and more flow.
Fashions,fads, all have their time.
all wither and grow again t'vine.
Four score and margin years.
New society born in blood and tears.
Four score and margin years
Old society dead in blood and tears.
(Sigh) looks like a time of Crisis
is ready to crest upon us.
They who burned their cards
and said of war "No Way"
will send others to bloody day.
Civilisations can long endure
But Society has only Man's tenure
Old and decrepit,corrupt and impure
The call comes "Time to conjure"
The new birth comes from death
The infant society catches breathe
It arrives, and is willing to fetch
Hopes grow like spring vetch
Some thoughts of the top of my
head as I reminisce on history
repeating itself.
Please don't mind me, I'm spouting
some meaningless drivel.
Last I checked, Canada was not the 51st state.
<<< We must become as Italy and Germany were during WW2, and walk in step, never disagreeing, never breaking our bond. >>>
Ironically enough, they weren't like that at all. When Hitler attacked Poland and knew that Britain and France would soon be at war with him, he asked Italy to follow through on their alliance ... and Mussolini told him they weren't ready for war and might not be for a few years.
Who's "we" kimosabe?
Bush is going to be out by 2008, if he even makes it that far. Then, I bet Hillary gets in power and Brian will be saying just the opposite. Of course, by that time, it'll be too late. We'll be enslaved to a LIEBERAL government, for like, ever. Maybe a whole eight years, even.
I won't even begin with the divergence of morals and ethics between Bush Jr. and "his favorite philosopher." And the way things are going, the Green Party might be able to put some new ideas in Parliament. To wit, I say w00t!
I read forward on that thread, and BMC wasn't just a drive-by troll, he comes back.
I can certainly understand why some are sceptical about this guy - you're optimists, aren't you? That thread certainly read more like some MMPRG personas waxing prolix than true believers hysterically screaming it out.
But I think they're just rhetorically challenged, read too much Ayn Rand or Franz Fanon or both, and really mean it. AAAAAAAARRRRRGGGHHHH!!
Why yessuh oh massa Bush, we's a gonna fight dem freedom hatin atheist wit all ou' powa. Yessuh indee'.
I think it's funny that he essentially says that if you choose to use your freedom of speech, then you are an enemy of freedom. I really hope this guy has never reproduced.
"Sierra: Sorry, but Amsterdam beats Canada and the US on the big list of "All that is Good"
The Netherlands ftw! :D
The current American political clime wasn't the main reason I moved to Europe, but I have to say it made the decision a little easier.
>>Sierra: Sorry, but Amsterdam beats Canada and the US on the big list of "All that is Good"<<
Damn right... :)
And I 4th the Heil Amerika award, though it is still hard to belive that this is not sarcasm...
"We must become as Italy and Germany were during WW2, and walk in step, never disagreeing, never breaking our bond."
As a history nut I must say this:
Bwahahahahahahahahahaha! You can NOT be serious! Pick up a history book some time and look how great things went for Germany and Italy!
Brian Michael C: I posted this earlier for another fundie, but I'm thinking you might be able to use it as well.

Horst Wessel Lied
Die Fahne hoch die Reihen fest geschlossen
S. A. marschiert mit ruhig festem Schritt
Bald flattern Hitler-fahnen Uber allen Strassen
Die Knechtschaft dauert nur mehr kurze Zeit
Die Fahne hoch die Reihen fest geschlossen
S. A. marschiert mit ruhig festem Schritt
Kam'raden die Rotfront und Reaktion erschossen
Marschier'n im Geist in unsern Reihen mit
Translation
Flag high, ranks closed,
The S.A. marches with silent solid steps.
Comrades shot by the red front and reaction
march in spirit with us in our ranks.
The street free for the brown battalions,
The street free for the Storm Troopers.
Millions, full of hope, look up at the swastika;
The day breaks for freedom and for bread.
For the last time the call will now be blown;
For the struggle now we all stand ready.
Soon will fly Hitler-flags over every street;
Slavery will last only a short time longer.
Flag high, ranks closed,
The S.A. marches with silent solid steps.
Comrades shot by the red front and reaction
march in spirit with us in our ranks.
The reason this never won any awards is because myspace deleted it, so theres no proof this comment was ever said. The rest of the thread was pretty hilarious as well, and the original poster did continue to debate his argument that 'Bush rules' the entire time this thread was alive. So no this is not a joke.
this is of course treason
your head of state is Elizabeth Windsor, and she wouldn't like bits of her territories being taken away.
Our great ally? You mean the book-burners? The slave-owners? The segregationists and imperialists and illiterates. Get the FUCK out of this country!
My grandparents had an option when they fled Nazi-occupied Holland, between Canada, and the US. They looked at how the US treated minorities, and realized that they would be going to a country run by the same men who took their home away.
I don't mean to be offensive to any Americans who read this, I'm sure your country is wonderful, full of many good people. But I am a patriot, and I love my country more then anything else. It's not perfect, but if it were, I wouldn't love it like I do. And my country, my Canada, from the grimiest Newfie fisherman to the dustiest prairie rancher, and even the indignant frogs, is and always will be a free and sovereign country.
Read it, assgoblin; True North Strong and FREE!

Hmm, are you sure?
Yeah we got some shitheads up here that buy American bullshit over all reason. In public they're usually difused fast with " Then go there if you love America so much"
We won't listen to America worship from it's tourists or immigrants and we sure as hell can't stand it from our own.
"We must become as Italy and Germany were during WW2, and walk in step, never disagreeing, never breaking our bond. Nothing must divide us!"
