Filipinas' willingness to have no strings attached sex with visiting American men in hopes of having a half-white baby is legendary.[2] Filipinas are very open to dating and marrying older men, they tend to be conservative in terms of sexual values, they value family and motherhood, and they are proficient in English.[3] Although cultural changes are afoot as Filipinas develop a fascination with smartphones and enjoy waistline-expanding American fast food,[4] the Philippines is not yet a poosy paradise lost.[5]
