No evidence at all is apparently good enough, now. (If Joseph were 90, he'd have had great grand-children and I doubt a man that age would be travelling with only one other person, if at all.)

Were talking about 2000 years ago; Someone living past 70 would have been a miracle and by the time the N.T. was written, the whole "Vast Lifespan Trope" was no longer a thing.
A 90 year old in the First Century CE is akin to a 150 year old in the 21st Century.

Not quite. While there is still no human who reached the age of 150 even with all our medical and other technology, people did very occasionally reach age 90 even so long ago. For instance, a couple of Egyptian pharaohs did - IIRC they were Pepi II (ruled around 2500 BC) and Rameses II (cca. 1200 BC).
That's not the truth, there's no evidence for what age either Joseph or Mary are. Nor should it be a big issue...he was probably older than her, but not 90.
As for Aisha bint Abu Bakr, the evidence that she was only 9 on her marriage to Mohammed, is in the hadiths, which were narrated by her personally. She was quite the scholar in later life. So maybe Roy Moore should convert to Islam...so he can use that as an excuse.
