Bible corrects your "so called science". [...] The Word of God is most reliable when helping to prove good clean science
This is like the "theistic science" argument and basically: reject the parts of science and reality that your doctrine does not like and keep falsely pretending that the doctrine is not of human origin. "Science has no business investigating in areas that I consider to be taboo." That's not how science and knowledge discovery work. It's also not how humans work. The curious will never be satisfied with dictated doctrine. Thus people like me will keep asking themselves questions, exploring to find answers, learning, etc. For control cults, that's "dangerous", because it threatens their manipulative model, questions their rogue "authority". It's not for nothing that science is "so called science" above, it's denial. Amen.
Two straw men/mind viruses:
- Word of God - Particular Human dictated doctrine, deceptively cherry picking parts of ancient human tradition, appeal to a false authority. The cult's doctrine, despite conflicting with that of other cults, is claimed to be "divine" and "of God", even if this is doubtful. Amen.
- Good Clean Science - Censored "science" and dictated pseudoscientific populist Lysenkoism. Discard anything touching a taboo of the "Word of God". Add to "Word of God" a heretic tradition of long false science denial arguments, like ID, etc. Add a tradition of women subjugation lies (women are like children, embryos are infants, abortion is murder, abortion causes cancer, HPV vaccine is cancer; slut shaming, victim blaming, rape culture...) Amen!
Also interesting, the magic superstition of "Amen" (so be it!): say it to attempt to cast will on reality. It also means "I won't hear anything, I declared what reality should be! Hear hear, the self-godman spoke!" I used it too, for parody. But the attitude is clear: not willing to learn, only to dictate.
You just disagree
In real life, there are opinions and facts, they are not equivalent. It's part of the business of science to discover and understand facts about the world.
