[on a site with low quality organ music perpetually playing on loop in the background]
"If you can hear the Oh the Blood of Jesus midi file, and it gets under your skin, don't turn your speakers off. The demons absolutely hate this song or any song that is about the Blood of Jesus. The more this bothers you, the more demon infested you are."

Or you just happen to have better taste in music.
That's not demons. No sane person could sand to hear a midi file (much less the same one over and over).
You're just lucky being bat shit crazy has at least one advantage. You can tolerate shit even small children and animals would run away from.
Oh come on, how could you leave the rest of the quote out?:
"You actually could get some Deliverance by having this tune play in the background, and some demons may actually leave your home or apartment too. Tape the song and play it in your home over and over."
Cool. I have demons.
I AM MANY.
I must be particularly infested, since I can't even stand to look at that site, much less listen to the music.
For the record, some midi music is pretty damn impressive. A lot of video games these days still use the format. In the right hands, it can be amazing.
"Did you know that apple cider or white vinegar is an effective deodorant? You may not believe it, but it is true, and actually works. You must try it to see for yourself.
Everything you read here about Deliverance is also true, and actually works.
You must try it to see for yourself."
What.
I can't even hear it, so it doesn't bother me at all. This confirms what I've suspected for a long time: Linux is holy.
@Brian-sama: I'm not sure many games today use it. With the ability to load (or stream) a whole .ogg file or .mp3 from disk, it's not really necessary so much any more, except in the case of adaptive music, and there are better standards for adaptive music these days anyway.
Though I agree with a decent card, a decent sound font / sound module, and a decent midi file, it doesn't sound bad at all. The real problem, which is something of a black art to me, I'm afraid, is making it sound good on any card or sound module.
Well...
No.
It's probably in A minor or major(Not stupid enough to click it!). I can probably guess a rising/falling melody and repetitive bass. It's like the song Gloomy Sunday. It's designed to make you feel sad, bothered or just plain weird.
[Edit]
@Pyroclasm:
IN THE NAME OF SAINT LUCIFER, I COMMAND YOU TO DRINK THE BLOOD OF THE INNOCENT!
I play emulated Sega, Atari and Nintendo games on my PSP so I'm rather immune to annoying midi sounds. Well, if you can stand to listen to Sinistar for ages you can stand anything.
My demons are well-trained against this type of thing. Sorry DB, you fail.
@ Goosey
It is my understanding that most of the music in Twilight Princess was created with a MIDI sequencer. I may be wrong. Even then, that doesn't change the fact that most of my favorite tracks through the ages are MIDI, albeit far better than the audio garbage on that page.
Are we sure this isn't a parody?
I must be real infested, then. I don't like most hymns. 'Cept that one about the Lord of the Dance (although, since I read the Hellblazer: Bloodlines TPB, I can't help but think of the big Pagan Lord of the Dance) and the Everlasting Arms one, which are both quite catchy and pleasant.
Uh, Dick, I found the tune dull, repetitive, really, really boring, and it's got a beat you just CAN'T dance to; I give it a MINUS FUCKING TEN!
The more this bothers you, the more demon infested you are.
Fuck me, I must be a breeding ground for demons then.

...one can never take what this idiot says seriously! X3
Who you gonna call?
The sanitarium.
The ridiculous ideology behind such a post: demons exist (false premise), therefore, you must make them flee with uncomfortable things. Starting from this, one may as well suffer in all kinds of unnecessary ways because of false superstitions. And some people have actually done that, or imposed it on others. Not because there are demons, or to fight them, but because humans can be stupid and cruel.
Confused?
