If you put up another poll asking about religion, you'd find that almost everybody who is saying they are gay or bi are also atheist.
If you want to believe scientists, 10% of the population is gay.

I suppose the fact that Christians hating gays and kicking them out of their communities when they are taught to "love thy neighbor" couldn't be a legitimate reason why gay people don't want to be a part of your religion.

Also, not every single gay or bi person is irreligious. Probably a great few are disillusioned with strict rules in their religions/former religions, but there are still religious gay/bisexual people.

You wouldn't be accepting of the right to life for a gay person. Down the ages gays have been persecuted and killed, hanged, solely for sexual expression. The victimless 'crime', until very recent times, drew down the severest punishments from christian societies all over the planet. And yet you have the temerity to expect that gays should embrace christianity? Are you mad? Have you lost all sense of proportion? Do you think that gays are all Uncle Toms? I think some comments here are misunderstanding this fundie's gross misunderstanding. Sure the calculations are just plain dumb, but I would not be surprised if the vast majority of gay people were atheist (not the other way around, mind you) mainly because of the way they are shunned from the church because of the way they are. So, why wouldn't they turn away...?
Actually, according to the Census it's more like 2.3% are Atheist. Lemme guess, the last 6.7% are muslims or jews, right?

My question, why would religion forbid about a sin that people are not going to commit anyway, because they belong to that religion?. And are left handed people and Inmigrants atheist too?, they represent in my country 10% of the population too.

That said? Not all atheists are gay. Not by a long shot; Gays in the atheist community are still a minority simply because the atheist community itself is a shining minority that still dares to stand against you idiots and your 2,000 year old death cult.
