"A man who laughed at the message of repentance, then died the next day"
I love these anecdotal stories the religious come up with.
"The LORD told my friend/mentor Larry to go to a local bar(pub, place to drink alcohol) and was sent as to tell this man whom God spoke about to Larry; to change his ways(stop drinking)."
How did this Larry know it was god speaking and not the devil, nor simply an auditory hallucination?
Why would god give a fuck if some guy wants to sit his ass on a bar stool all day? Why doesn't you god do something useful like provide clean water for the millions of people around the world without it? Maybe a little food for those starving to death? A bit of a respite from the rampant disease plaguing various communities around the world that are too poor to afford even the most minor medications?
Why doesn't you god ever seem to do anything but find car keys for whiny fundies or talk to those who appear more than a little delusional to begin with?
"Immediately when Larry arrived and told the man whom God spoke about, the man then laughed at Larry and Larry then went away knowing that he did the will of God and felt sorry for that man."
Let me get this straight. Larry is ordered, by God Almighty on High himself, creator of all that exists, sovereign and supreme ruler of the universe, to go into a bar and tell some drunk to get off his ass and do something useful and when the drunk refuses Larry simply leaves? Why the hell wouldn't Gawd have whispered in the ear of the nearest Marine drill sergeant? You know, someone who isn't just going to shrug and say, "oh well" at the first fucking opportunity.
Your story is falling apart fast Stephen.
"Not knowing what was going to happen, Larry then discovered that the following day that same man who laughed at him was hit by an oncoming vehicle and died. He died because he was drunk and stumbled in the middle of the road. This was less than 24 hours later. Larry was sad after this happened."
So, as a last chance, desperate hope of "saving his soul" your inept god sends the least competent person he could find to convince the drunk to change his ways. Of course, your god knew beforehand that it wouldn't work since, yet again, his omniscience comes back to bite him in the ass. God knows all, past and future, so why did he send Larry when he knew Larry would be entirely ineffective? Why not leave the drunk alone if you're going to hit him with a fucking bus the next day anyway?
You, your story and your religion are entirely, completely and abso-fucking-lutely full of shit.
"Larry was sent by God to tell the man to stop drinking alcohol"
Despite your omniscient god already knowing beforehand that Larry would be about as effective as pouring gasoline on a fire to put it out.
"The man didn't listen to the message of the prophet"
I don't think many people would listen to a complete fucking stranger that came up to them, in a bar no less, and said that god was talking to them.
"Within 24 hours the man's life was taken because of a careless mistake"
The mistake being to have Larry talk to the guy instead of, oh, I don't know, a fucking counselor or someone who isn't going to shrug their shoulders and sulk off at the first resistance.
"The LORD sends his messengers(prophets) to warn people for the sake of protection"
Why doesn't god just talk to them individually? I understand running an entire universe is probably time intensive but according to most religious nuts, god is "outside" of time (whatever the hell that's supposed to mean) so I think he could manage. Not to mention he's fucking omnipotent.
"The LORD is a protector.
Except to those he chooses to run down with buses.
"He has a strong desire to rescue people from hurtful problems and does not like seeing anyone in pain."
Then why is most of the world in a constant state of it from war, starvation, disease, oppression, etc?
"Most people say then, why can't God stop war? Because this would violate God's freedom that he gave us(Free will for all). Remember; we are not robots, but people."
Read your OT. Your god intervened more often than you seem aware of. Just as an example, ever heard of a little event called the Exodus?
