Most of the men I know kinda like it when women dress "immodestly" during warm days. But, they are able to control themselves, and just check out the women furtively.
What about men dressing immodestly during warm days? Aren't they just as "selfish" and "thoughtless"? Is it really selfish to not want to die of heatstroke, btw?

I was at a lake last saturday. Lots of ladies/girls in swimsuit. No male seemed to be harmed. I was not, at least. It happened that my eyes went there they should not go(I'm married), but that's not really a BIG problem.
If the man cannot control himself, then the man is the one to blame. But, as is the norm in religions, personal responsibility loses out to blaming other for one's actions.

Okay okay. Story time. I went to a Christian school in my younger days. We had a uniform there: a polo and khaki or blue pants or shorts. But Wednesdays were different (chapel). The boys all had to wear a white button up shirt and blue pants, and the girls had to wear the same, except a skirt instead of pants. On hot days, the boys were miserable, on cold days, the girls were miserable. And the older buildings (where the junior high students went from class to class) usually had no working A/C unit and a barely working heating unit. You can imagine how that was.
Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that if you make everyone wear what you want, they're going to be miserable.
