Actually, that "rib" is most likely actually the penis bone, which is present in most male mammals but not in humans. As such, woman would actually been made from man's most priced body part...

What gets me is that the woman he's insulting is another GOP politician. I'm amazed she would be a GOP politician. Since this was in 2015, I hope she made the switch to Democratic because it makes no sense for her to be a GOPer.
