You know, I have to admit that I took a perverse pleasure in 2009 and 2010 hearing tea party wailing and gnashing of teeth and watching their tantrums when Obama was president and there was a more left of center majority in Congress. And you know what, I'm sorry for that. It's their country too just like this is our country as well and making people whom you disagree with mad is no way to govern a country. It' just a good way to invite catastrophe when the shoe goes on the other foot because what goes around comes around.

So, I'm sorry if I made you feel like you weren't worthy or if you felt alienated in your own land. I only hope that you realize your mistake as well. Because what goes around will come around and if you don't want this same feeling in 4 or 8 years than maybe you need to not be as vindictive and try to see if there's areas we can compromise or come together. Because shutting people out is the recipe for disaster. That majoritarianism is the core of Venezuela's problem right now; rather than looking to find a solution that will benefit the majority of people, or at the very least, come to a solution that results in the least suffering, they're now on the verge of a civil war.

Okay, so I live here and aren't going anywhere. You live here and aren't going anywhere. Let's try not to demonize or make fun of each other, okay?
