All you need to understand is that there are many different types of cancer and there's never going to be a single universal one shot bullet, no singular medication, no singular regimen or surgery to kill all types of cancer. Period.
So when you hear someone laying down bullshit about there existing a "cure" for a particular type of cancer that's one thing. When you hear them bullshit without any nuance whatsoever that "cancer" has been cured, find something better to do with your time because life is too short to waste on idiots of this caliber.

Really? Which type of cancer? Cancer is not a disease like AIDS. A tumor in the brain will be entirely different than a tumor in the lungs. There will never be a single cure for all of the hundreds of types of cancer.
