Sure, the Sumarian account was WRITTEN down before the Bible account was WRITTEN down, but that doesn't mean the Sumarian account was first, only that the Sumarians WROTE first. The account of the flood was passed down orally before either the Sumarians or Moses actually wrote it down.

And after several thousands years....not one iota of actual PROOF has been presented that suggests that anything found in the scriptures is untrue. Opinion abounds, theory abounds, facts that prove physical reality does not exist that debunks any subject breached in the pages of the Holy Scriptures. (R)
