I'll answer all of you questioning why it is not fair to a child.

Just the other day on Newsvine, there was an article about a BLACK COUPLE who adopted a WHITE DAUGHTER.

You would not believe what that couple went through and the father actually commented to the reporter - that why could a white family not step up so they did.

These people were not prejudiced. They did not discriminate. They welcomed their white daughter into their home. They even found her Irish family crest to help her identify with a culture too. However, the family was the constant butt of jokes and criticism. Some people actually asked the daughter if she was kidnapped.

The situation is that kids already have it tough. Kids are bullies if people are different.

The bottom line is that neither two men nor two women can produce a child. If that is the case, why should these types of couples be allowed to adopt one?

AND BY THE WAY, who said anyone was intolerant of a gay lifestyle? Just because I don't agree that they should be allowed to marry does not mean I am intolerant. I don't want them to be able to adopt children. PERIOD. Especially NAMBLA couples. I see no one has addressed that issue.

What I find intolerant are the gay people who try and shove their lifestyle down the rest of our throats. I don't tell you about my sexual orientation or my partners so why do I care about yours?

And finally - MOST AMERICANS DO NOT SUPPORT GAY MARRIAGE. That is a fact.

Apparently, Californians are smarter than the rest of you all.

Power to the people of Maine. VETO!!!! And i hope Gov. Lynch also has the courage to NOT sign NH's passage either. Soon enough, the marriage license is going to be just for gays, and hopefully conservative churches will push for a new form of christian marital registration, called the blessed union, and can only be signed by church leaders of conservative churches who still hold that the sanctity of marriage is between man and woman. And that too, shall be recognized by the government whether they like it or not. I truly hope churches support us believers of the marital faith of man and woman and join forces in creating the blessed union document, signed and sealed in the conservative faith.

There's been a considerable number of expeditions to Mt. Ararat in Turkey, looking for evidence of Noah's Ark. Mt. Ararat still is an 'active volcano' & very rugged, only strong climbers were permitted to climb... I've been laughing, thinking about Mrs. Noah protesting--"Please Noah, Don't Push the Animals out of that Ark Door!! They'll all fall down, & break their legs!!" So now, I'll guide you to a Web-site, where they've found 12 'Anchor-Stones' from the Ark, that weigh about 2 tons apiece, and the "Largest Pottery-Mold in the World", where a 550 ft Ark sat, at 6400 ft. above sea-level about 17 miles south of Mt. Ararat, near a town, which was 1st called "Mesha" in the Bible, Gen.10: 30-- ("Mesha" translated from ancient Hebrew, means "Saved from the Water".) Later, the name of the town-- later changed to "Naxuan". (Evidently, the Elephants aboard, were used to help 'Deploy' those "Stone-Anchors"....) Be sure to click on "Slide-show", & once you've seen all of that, then click the tool-bar where it says "Noah's Ark", & once you've seen where the Ark was about 1/2 size of the Titanic, then click on "Naxuan" to see the hundred's of house-foundations they found there.... Type In-- www.noahsark.com-naxuan or just click on what I've just typed, it's quite revealing to the un-schooled----be sure to read all of it you can, & remember, that today, we use limestone to make cement--and that we do know of Limestone Caves, like Carlsbad Caverns, where we can see the cementing actions of stagamites, & stagalites that are formed by dripping water, & imagine mixing lime-water into a Clay-mud--base to harden into a 17' high adobe- brick 500 ft long, where the Ark sat--(Yes, the Ark, being made of wood--did "ROT AWAY"!), but the Clay-mud, it sat upon--DID NOT!!
