One of the illogical things about atheists is their belief in relativity in everything. There is no absolutes in anything.

Some may believe killing is bad, others it's ok( evolutionary asserting your dominance)
Rape is bad, rape is ok( dominant mammal satisfying sexual desire)

In fact the latter of the two is most in line with atheists as they love to talk about evolutionary adaptations.

So why can't humans rape? Any atheists that condemn rape first of all are going against relativism and assuming there should absolutely be no rape. According to whom? According to whom should there be no rape?
The answer is clear, Allah prohibits rape. The penalty is death.

Atheists live in contradictions, relativity is the foundation of atheisms while many atheists are 'condemning' rape. Rape is jus another action relative to that individual. So it's illogical for atheists to condemn it.

Islam= Probibits rape
Atheists= rape is ok to some and bad to some
Atheist responses- it's bad. You can't force somebody.

Why not? Why is it 'bad'? What's wrong with a male spreading his genes through dominating a weaker individual. Survival of the fittest right? Why is it 'wrong'?

Your silly little religion, whatever one it is, is not the creator of rape laws. These laws are strongest and enforced more where secular goverments are present, where you religion rules, or enjoys undue influence they're often thrown out.

Really, because I've seen far too much from Islamic countries punishing the victim and releasing the offender unpunished.
And don't get smug about that Christian Family Value Americans in the South, about an equal amount of events of badgering the victim to drop charges or just throwing the cases out going on down there.

We know what you're playing here, you're trying to use Evolution or modern society as your scapegoat to put your crimes upon others, there is nothing about Atheism or Evolutionary principles that endorses rape.

Rape happens and Religious beliefs are no deterent, they're often used as a malecentric defense, the right to never be judged or accused by a female. In most Abrahamic religion a female is secound class and continue to drop lower as brothers are born or they birth a son.

There are no absolutes in the Bible/Quran either, silly.

Humans are social animals, who depend on each other for survival. If your behavior disrupts the cooperation within your society, you also disrupts the chance for survival of that society. This is why humans shouldn't rape.

The penalty for the raped is often ALSO death, according to Islam, as the victim has had sex with someone other than the wife/husband. How's that for relativity?

Atheists (most of us) live according to the laws of our nation, and often follow the Golden Rule; treat others as you want to be treated. We don't want to be raped or murdered, so we refrain from raping or murdering others. No relativity needed.

Atheism - lack of a belief in gods. End of f-ing story.

Survival of the most adaptable, stupid. Evolution happens on species level, not individual level. A not-so-fit (in your meaning of the word) individual can survive if the society s/he lives in cares for its weaker subjects.

Rape harms other people and infringes on their rights to their own bodies. That's why it's wrong.

Okay, hypothetical time.

Pretend atheists aren't moral enough to object to rape on the grounds that it causes a sentient being serious harm. Pretend that they believe that evolution is as simple as this guy thinks it is.

Female atheists will naturally dislike rape because they want to have control over their own fertility and choose the best genetic and financial provider for their children. So it is in their best interest to outlaw rape.

Male atheists will naturally dislike rape because rape--at least violent rape-- is perpetuated by the most violent and least socially conscious members of society, perpetuating genes that will cause the next generation to be less cooperative, more selfish, and more violent. It also means that a male atheist has less control over whether or not his genes are perpetuated and whether or not his children are his own, since his wife could be raped. So it's in his best interest to outlaw rape too.

Once rape is outlawed, the fittest-- individuals who cooperate to take down rapists-- will triumph over the less fit-- those rapists.

Disclaimer-- the above is pseudo-scientific because evolution is a lot more complicated, and atheists are moral beings. I'm just saying that from his own assumptions, his logic is inherently flawed.

There aren't a ton of absolutes that can also fit on a bumper sticker. Rape is definitely one. there is no instance in which rape is morally right. Slavery is another. However, most other things depend on the situation, and I think even YOU will agree. Thou shalt not kill? What if you're at war? What if someone is trying to kill you? Still not convinced? Okay, I'll do one a conservative can agree to. What if you're a gun-toting vigilante who sees a black kid in a hoodie eating Skittles?

Those that believe killing is okay go to jail. Or they become Republicans and start bombing foreign countries.

Doesn't that depend on whether or not it's a legitimate rape?

Because you're violating a sapient being's body without their consent. I know fundies don't understand the concept of consent but that doesn't mean it's not a thing.

Because we as a society don't need uncooperative members who are out for only themselves and will do whatever they want to the rest of us.

A lone wolf is a dead wolf. What is "fit" for a shark isn't "fit" for a human. We don't develop rows of sharp teeth and lots of muscles, instead we develop big brains and complex societies. That seems to have worked for us. So much so that we have to restrain ourselves lest we drive a ton of other creatures to extinction. Cooperation is the best adaptation.

You're mistaken about your religion.
"The Qur'an dictates, women already married are forbidden for Muslims except those whom their right hands possess" (sex slaves, rape victims). Surah 4.24 is the relevant verse. The Hadith quoted above shows you're wrong.
You're wrong about the beliefs of atheists. The only thing atheists have in common is that they are not theists.
You're wrong about the implications of natural selection. By analogy, just because gravity can kill stupid people playing near cliffs doesn't mean that believing in gravity means you think its good to kill stupid people playing near cliffs.
You really ought to listen more before you talk.

Nor the little matter of their precious 'Prophet' & that underage girl.

So Western values, and above all, our Rule of Law which is the very basis of such, certainly our morals is 'inferior' to such, eh? Statutory Rape, and all that jazz...?!

So why force the women in their societies to wear the Hijab? Even the Burqa in Afghanistan & certain parts of Pakistan; yet, in other parts of the latter country, the most that Muslim women wear there is a loose shawl over their heads, which sometimes they leave off their heads & around their shoulders.

Proof that the whole 'Hijab'/'Burqa' thing is purely cultural. Example: the mainly Shia Iran. The Hijab is compulsory. Azerbaijan: again, like Iran, mainly Shia (and the only other Muslim country that is).

Strange then, when that latter country's team entered the stadium at the opening ceremony of our 2012 London Olympics, there was a surprising lack of Hijabs among the women in that team. Could it have something to do with the fact that... oh, I dunno... Azerbaijan - that Shia country like Iran - is pro-USA, is very Westernised*, and even has full diplomatic relations with Israel...?!

*- They have a saying there: 'Allah forbids us Wine. So instead, we drink Vodka!'. Yes, that's right, Sleepy: As Shia, they are Quran literalists; Only wine is Haram. They drink Beer, Vodka, and it's said they do a very good Plum brandy too.
