Animals beget their own kind. You can't scientifically get from a fish to a Giraffe. That's a laughable fairy tale. There is no testing, observing or repeating of this happening.
Walk out of your box and really explore science.....that's my best advice.

Christ on crutches! Talk about stating the obvious - and the giraffe did beget a fish upon a spider...
If the ignorance were not so painful, it could nearly be funny.
So then when you get sick from the new supervirus, which can't have (in your opinion) evolved any immunity to antibiotics, we'll just give you the old antibiotics that worked just fine 50 years ago. Evolution doesn't happen, so you should be fine with that, right?
What, you say it's not working? Sorry, as you said, there's no observing of the bacteria changing...so that's all you get.
Cdbren is right, fishes cannot "beget" giraffe. Fishes can however beget amhibians, which can beget reptiles, which begat Therapsida, which begat mammals, which begat hoofed mammals, which begat Giraffidae.
Note the chain has quite a number more intermediate steps and I have simplified to rather large ranges. But frankly stupid questions don't deserve a dissertation level lesson
"You can't scientifically get from a fish to a Giraffe. That's a laughable fairy tale."
Good job that's most certainly not what ToE suggests at all...
"There is no testing, observing or repeating of this happening."
And a damned good thing too... if there were, it would DISprove ToE.
What bothers the most is naivety that creationists have about animal classification. They have this idea of "kinds" that so laughable stupid. They talks of fish as if it one "Kind" and giraffes as another. Giraffes are a genus so that is small enough to reasonable contain similar animals but fish, even just jawed fish, as I believe they mean is a gigantic classification, a superclass, holding 60,000 species. To put it in perspective, Tetrapods are a superclass. So to say that all (jawed) fish are one kind is to say that mice, horses, lizards, frogs, falcons, and giraffes are the same. It is clear that their entire idea of classification is “looks the same to me”, without any regard for the subtleties and the development of modern genetic technology. In their holy book they describe bats as being birds. This is as clear an indicator of their stupidity as you are going to get. It flies so it gotta be a bird. Absolutely asinine.
...but you can get from dirt to a man , according to the 'Truth' of your precious 'Word of God', eh...?
...meanwhile, China builds supercomputers, nay, potentially laptop -sized Quantum Computers, plans to put their own men on the moon, research into Gene Therapy, and create a fighter superior to your F-22. Oh well, that's what not allowing religion to infect your educational system does to a country, I guess...
...and no, I don't want fries with that (*looks at badge *) ...'Cdbren'.

Mine too, Cdbren, mine too.
Why is it that guys like this never even BOTHER to read up on the "facts" they state about the theory of evolution. It's not that hard to grasp, really.
In fact, I've been taught the general gist of it during my last high school year and haven't had any trouble understanding it ever since. It took our teacher less than a quarter year to show us how perfectly logical it all is. Certainly, a person with as much investment in the topic as this one has enough spare time on their hand to wisen up a little.
It's sickening that so many self-proclaimed "wise guys" are just puppets reciting words they don't even begin to grasp, even though they should be well capable of that.
Here's a newsflash for you, fleabrain. Nobody, least of all Darwin, has ever said that you can get a fish from a giraffe. If that's what you morons think evolution means, that's your problem.
Technically, he's saying giraffes can't have come from fish. Which is false because there is a fairly complete fossil record for all the major intermediary steps between fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and hoofed mammals.
Of course, being a creationist he probably expects a giraffe to hatch out of a fish egg.
"You can't scientifically get from a fish to a Giraffe."
Not in a single generation, no. To suggest otherwise would be a fairy tale. The only people to suggest such a thing are the authors of fairy tales and other drooling nonsense.
You are correct, you cant get a fish to a Giraffe. Hell....nobody has ever seen a crocoduck either. But I have been conducting genetic research in my back yard, and I am about to come up with a lizfly. Yup. The transitional kind between a lizard and a fly. I will try the cross between a rhino and a horse next time to see if I can come up with the unicorns that are mentioned in the babble.....
F***ing irony meter off the scales again...
I wonder what these people would say if they ever bothered to talk to a scientist and found out that they find the idea of "fish to giraffe" totally ludicrous too.
Animals beget their own kind.
True.
You can't scientifically get from a fish to a Giraffe.
Agreed.
That's a laughable fairy tale. There is no testing, observing or repeating of this happening.
Also true.

Thanks, I'll try.
