Homosexuals claim they want the "right" to get married and live normal lives just like heterosexual married couples.

The truth is, however, that the drive to gain legalization of so-called "gay" or "same-sex" marriage is part of a larger sexual agenda. Homosexual activists are now beginning to openly admit that they don't want to marry just to have a normal home life. They want same-sex marriage as a way of destroying the concept of marriage altogether-and of introducing polygamy and polyamory (group sex) as "families."

They are finally admitting what the Traditional Values Coalition (TVC) has been saying for years: Their ultimate goal is to abolish all prohibitions against sex with multiple partners.

You are lying, and worse, you know it. 'A lie is always sinful and nothing can excuse it. It is grievously sinful if is harms our neighbour.' And who is your neighbour? But you know what Jesus said about that, no?

Quite simply I want the right to hold what my partner and I have in common should he predecease me; and for him to have the same right should I die first. I want each of us to have visiting rights in hospitals without interference from either of our families. I want the same consideration shown us as would be normal between husband and wife in such situations: and to be able to fulfill last wishes, such as non-resuscitation, inhumation, cremation, etc.

But in the depth of your bigotry you cannot see these things. You are blinkered by hatred. Well here's my take on you, your blinkers blind you to love - not sex, which is probably the first thing that comes into your sewer of a mind - and the joys and pains that love can bring; and the comfort that is brought by beings with one's beloved at the last hour of life; and the fulfilling of the beloved's last wishes.

You, most undeserving of being called revered Sir, for you are the very antithesis of love. You are Paul's clanging gong. For shame! May you come to know how evil you truly are.

I say this as one who has lived with my partner for 38 years. Evil bastards like you disquiet our latter years for we know that you care nothing for hurt, pain and the anguish you casue, or the easeing of anxiety that civil partnership/marriage can bring to people such as my partner and me.

You are a fiend and a minister of evil to take any action to deny comfort to those in extremis. If there were a god, he would see to it that you died in a condign manner, truly regretting your bigotry. Would it were so.

The concept of marriage was not destroyed when a man could only marry one wife.
The concept of marriage was not destroyed when people of different races were allowed to marry.
The concept of marriage was not destroyed when only legal adult could marry.
The concept of marriage will not be destroyed when people of the same gender are allowed to marry.

I didn't know there were any prohibitions against sex with multiple partners.
Plus, what have homosexuality to do with polyamory?

Edit. Xotan, I hope with all my heart that you will soon have the same legal rights as I do.
My marriage will be strengthened when more people are included in the joy (and legal rights) of marriage.
How could it be diminished or destroyed? I just can't fathom that idea.

They want Christianity as a way of destroying the concept of Democracy altogether -- and of introducing theocracy and Christian law (stoning of non-believers) as "normal."
They are finally admitting what the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has been saying for years: Their ultimate goal is to abolish all prohibitions against the imposition of their interpretation of Bible as the law of the land.

They are? Since when? I assume you have these confessions taped either on video or audio tape. No? You don't? Well then do you at least have some signs or placards from these activists that say that? No? How about any documents from them or personal journals? None of that either? ...Okay, do you have anything that you can provide at all that shows us that this is an actual phenomenon and isn't something you just made up for political points. Also, sex with multiple partners is not illegal. In fact, maybe you should try it sometime, that way you'd be way too busy and way too happy to care what gays do in their spare time.

Ummmm, I don't know where you've been all your life but clearly you've never set foot in a history class or read your fucking Bible. Otherwise you'd know that polygamy and polyamory has existed for thousands of years especially among royalty so even if your premise was true, they'd only be reintroducing traditional marriage. That's right, according to your scenario THEY are protecting traditional marriage and you are the ones against traditional marriage.

We've had gender-neutral marriage laws for a year now, and guess what? Straight couples are still marrying. Or don't feel they have to, that's also a freedom. Right? Co-habitation carries almost as strong legal rights as marriage. Not regarding inheritance though, which the "sambo" of the author of the Millennium Trilogy found out the hard way. His father and brother gets millions, she gets nothing.
Go Canada; they've had gender-neutral marriage laws for ten years, and it seems Canada is still there...
We've had registered partnership (i.e. the same legal rights as married couples, but not called "married couples") for 14 years before we got gender-neutral marriage laws. And, what do you know, we're still here too!

Many thanks for your kind words.

To clarify, neither of us (as far as we can know) are looking eternity in the face. But in one's mid 60s,the mind is concentrated, and things that even 10 years ago were of little consequence, now acquire a very definite need to be attended to.

As it happens, our home country (we now live in France) has adopted legislation. It is now on the statute book and we are awaiting its coming into force. Hopefully that will be in the new year. Once the hullaballoo has died down, we will be in line to have our long union given legal sanction.

Yes, we could have used French law, but for simplicity, and for financial reasons, it is better to rely on our home-country's provisions.

And we will then have the ultimate civil right that is currently denied to us. (wicked laugh) we can get a divorce, hitherto impossible! LOL
