Since there is no logic in believing in god, that leaves faith.
If there's no faith or logic, then what is there? Chaos? You seem to think it's experiences, but that falls under logic, dolt.
If someone who is Muslim, or Hindu or Jewish had a faith experience, would they be wrong too because they don't believe in the Christian God? Can only a Christian have a "true faith" (i.e., endorphin high) experience? Details Karl, details!
I don't think the issue here is respect as such. I do not necessarily respect stupid beliefs based on myth, custom and superstition, but as long as you keep it to yourself, out of the public schools and government then go for your life. I certainly won't stop you.

My faith has come from three experiences, two were sober, one was on a hallucinogenic. While I know it's probably just pareidolia in the first two experiences I had, it gives me something to hold on to that isn't inherently harmful-- meanwhile, your demiurgic death deity is a stone cold sociopath, and deserves to have his icons torched. Simple as that, Karl.
