atheism is not in the best interests of Satan if he is trying to enlist the world to worship him. It (atheism) was never very popular at any time. It was a strategy of the evil one for a time but as we get closer to the End, look for more and more religiosity everywhere. Ultimately, the world will take Satan as their god during the Tribulation.
