To be fair, the smiley is probably intended to show that he's not being malicious and wants the best for the situation. But it could look a little odd.
Um, by killing a mother who wants to have an abortion you're killing her baby, too. Killing a mother who already had an abortion, well, that's pointless, isn't it? Didn't save any babies, either...
I think Chris the Psycho's line of reasoning is not "I support the killing of anyone who seeks an abortion," but rather "If a few women die from intractable pregnancy-related health problems because I have righteously helped make abortion illegal, the millions of saved babies will more than make up for that minuscule loss." aka "Kill the sluts! Save the innocents!" or "Who cares about the oven if I still get my dinner?" I still want to put that fucker through months of bed rest and eclampsia. And miscarriage. And blood loss. And transfusions.
I'm reading this as a reference to women dying from illegal abortions, which is the case in all places where abortion is unavailable.
I agree that a few women dying is better than millions of baby dying.
However, a few women dying isn't better than millions of clumps of cells dying.
