I have found research that demonstrates that homosexuals are no more likely to be pedophiles than heteros. Do I need to dig it out?

I don't remember many objections here in Canada (where homosexuals can run around freely) about raising the age of consent from 14 to 16. The most notable of which was an MP complaining that none of her voters seemed to care about the previously age of consent.

Honey, it's not the gender of the child that is alluring, but the youth and vulnerability. Boys are often less protected than girls, that's why pedophiles get hold of more boys.

Who is trying to lower the legal age of consent? NAMBLA is not a representative of homosexuals, but of male pedophiles. It's all but disbanded and have no hope whatsoever of changing any laws.

Even if all the rest of your bullshit conflating were true, if the AOC were 10 years old, then people who were attracted to 10-yos would date 10yos. In public. Their situation would very clearly be exposed, even if not actionable.

A biracial woman who was selected as Playmate of the Year mentioned that when her parents were first married, if they went out to eat they had to sit at different tables. Their marriage was legal, but the people around them in Idaho had certain opinions of their marriage.

Legalizing it won’t make it less perverted in people’s minds, and they’ll be LESS likely to hide it.
