Right and Wrong can be determined by what is rational and what is irrational
No, it can't. If for any other reason than what can be considered rational or irrational is completely subjective to time, place, and culture
Rational and irrational can be determined by what brings about the most pleasure and what brings about the most pain.
Once again those things are completely subjective. Would it be rational, and therefore right, to torture a masochist who would derive pleasure from the pain?
Atheists have a hard time as they're surrounded by folks who constantly attack them for not falling to their knees and worshipping
Oh, we are? I do not have a hard time, and even though I'm an atheist in a religious family and religious area I do not "come under attack for not worshipping" from anyone, including family and friends who are devoutly religious, nor do any of my other friends who are atheist.
This is painful.
Again, that is completely subjective. I do not find the fact that some people would attack me for not worshipping their "god" to be particuarly painful in the least, and further more I, like most atheists, am perfectly capable of defending my lack of belief
Therefore, not changing is irrational, and therefore, being an Atheist is wrong.
Belief is not subject to the will, you cannot make yourself believe something. You can profess belief, but that's not the same as believing. This line of argument is based upon completely subjective and inconsistent claims.
Being a theist of any kind is more accepted as a social norm
Where? It's not the social norm the world over. Just look at many parts of europe and scandanavia where non-belief is the social norm, or portions of asia where buddhism, an inherently non-theistic belief, is the social norm. Those examples alone completely disprove your assertions, and by extension your entire premise.
thus making life easier, thus minimizing stress and optimizing pleasure
For that to be true you would have to prove the the life of an atheist is inherently harder, more stressful, less plesurable, and more painful than that of a theist. It is not, and therefore your premise has been disproven.
thus making it rational, thus making it right.
For the last bloody time those things are subjective, not only to certain cultures, but to each and every individual. They are not constant benchmarks you can base such assertions on, nor is belief something you can choose to have.
