If the point of AIDS is to kill "fags and junkies", then god has ridiculously bad aim. The majority of gay men and intravenous drug users don't have AIDS, many thousands of women and children do. Odd how that works, huh?

Breast cancer victims do NOTHING to bring it upon themselves. Breast cancer kills many more people than AIDS but gets less funding! Why?

Breast cancer and all sorts of cancer can be "brought upon themselves". Not sexually, but can(smoking, eating too much meat, certain medicines which contain certain hormones.............)

In the US, the AIDS death-rate is steady at around 15 per 100,000 (down 70% from it's 1995 peak due to HAART), while the breast cancer rate has declined by 2.3% year on year from it's 1995 level of 20.7 per 100,000.
So the current low figure for AIDS would appear to be the result of a single breakthrough, one that does not cure the disease but only prolongs life.
In 1996, $2.5 billion was allocated by the government to cancer research, compared with $1.4 billion to combat AIDS. The US's top killer, heart disease, got $851 million.
