[On being told that the Golden Plates of Mormonism had more witnesses than the Resurrection of Jesus]
Suppose that [Joseph] Smith and the others did have a vision. Isn't Satan capable of deception? Though there were those testified to the vision and/or seeing the plates . . . if their witness disagrees with the Bible - I can not accept thier testimony as valid regardless of their sincerity.
