Yep, it was said president, himself a proponent of 'ID'/Creationism, who appointed John E. Jones III to the position of Federal Judge. Who then presided over Kitzmiller vs. Dover. Who ruled in favour of the plaintiffs. Thus making teaching 'ID'/Creationism illegal in the US.
Ah, the irony is exquisite, is it not?

And who do you have to blame for that? Judge John E.Jones III. Who was it who appointed him? George Dumbya Bush. And who was it who voted for him, thus his becoming president of the USA, and giving him the power to personally appoint Federal judges, hmmmmmmm? Even if said presidentially-appointed judge later rules against something that you fundies want, socio-politically? Which results in said students' 'faith being stripped and shredded'? Who do you ultimately have to blame for that, hmmmmmmmm? Thus is demonstrated the hubris in the Religious Right's desire to politically interfere in (and impose their 'morals' upon) the lives of other people: it ultimately blows up in their faces.
