I don't think Barak is a muslim. But that isn't the reason why I wouldn't vote for him. He has a far more dangerous pedigree...

So what's wrong with this post, other than the dramatic buildup for the punchline? Someone who percieves themselves as conservative would be insane to vote for someone they believe is liberal, just as it would crazy for a moderate or liberal to vote for someone they thought ultra conservative. Until proven otherwise, I'd assume skyrocket simply disagrees with more of Obama's policies than he agrees with, and thus would not vote for him. Certainly this doesn't fall into the fundy comment catagory.
"Liberal" is not a swear word, an insult, a sign of pure evil, or any other pejorative connotation you wish to attach to it. It's a political position, no more, no less. But I suppose that's anathema to those who believe god wants them to vote Republican.
"Conservative", on the other hand, has been proven to stand for selfishness, greed, cruelty and murder in the name of profit - we've all seen it in the news. If any political position should be a curse word, that one should.
