Jesus never did anything wrong, not even once. No matter what temptations came to him, he refused to sin. He has always remained pure and perfect.
The Jesus described by the Bible was a massive fucking asshole who gave us plenty of material to call him out on. Anyone else who stole your animals, rode them into town and then told you that he was a divine being and he was going to kill you if you didn't love & worship him unconditionally would get more than just rebuked. Why does your ancient desert prick get a pass?
Isn’t it amazing to think about?! Our Creator walked among us. Like us, our Almighty God smelled the flowers and touched the animals that he had created.
Oh really? God is supposed to be absolutely immutable (never changing). Was Jesus absolutely immutable? No, quite the opposite. He contradicted this attribute, changing from unborn to born, from child to adult, from alive to dead, etc.. In fact, merely being a physical body entails being in a constant state of change. Thus, Jesus is NOT God. God is omnipresent (unformed, infinitely extended). Was Jesus omnipresent ? No, quite the opposite. Jesus contradicted this attribute, in merely having the form of a man. Thus, Jesus is NOT God. God is INFINITELY powerful. Did Jesus ever display INFINITE power? No. In fact, Jesus says My Father is greater than I’ (John 14:28), and I can of mine own self do nothing.’ (John 5:30), etc. Thus, Jesus is NOT God. God is INFINITELY knowledgable. Did Jesus ever display INFINITE knowledge? No, Jesus says 'No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the son, but only the Father.’ (Mark 13:32). Thus, Jesus is NOT God. I could go on, but I've just shown Jesus has already failed this test four times, and any single one is a total and complete failure. In absolutely NO way did Jesus do anything more than CLAIM (or had it claimed of him) that he was God.
He loved boys and girls.
Woah..woah, no. If Jesus had been loving children and their parents knew, he'd have died of multiple stab wounds in an ancient alley rather than at Golgotha. People don't change that fast or that much: They may not have had frank conversations about "bad touch" 2000 years ago, but there's no convincing me they didn't have harsh-as-fuck rules against it....even if those rules were imposed to preserve a family's honour.
As a man, God experienced the same temptations that we feel (Hebrews 2:18). He suffered the same kind of physical pains that we suffer with. He also experienced emotional pain.
No. He didn't have to learn that his parents had sex.
He even wept about the city of Jerusalem (John 11:35).
And damned three cities which did not care for his preaching to Hell. Matthew 11:20-25: “Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not: Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgement, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee."
He was ignored, unappreciated, unloved, misunderstood, and even despisedeven though he did nothing wrong, and always loved everyone (1 Peter 2:23).
Did nothing wrong? Did you read the Bible? He contradicted the very laws he supposedly set down. He stole a horse, dishonored his parents, told people to hate their families and people to castrate themselves and mutilate themselves. Claimed to be god and the son of god in a monotheist society. He did everything possible to get himself executed. In Revelation, he promises to kill nearly all life on Earth and condemn billions to eternal pain.
Not only is Jesus Christ the greatest man that ever lived; he is our Creator. He deserved all glory and honor!
Jesus was a man pretending to speak for the creator of the entire Universe. He even tried to correct the temple elders about their own religion. Yes, Jesus was a narcissist of the highest order. Fuck that guy.
