First, the only person who claims that day or that place is "charged with occult power" is you. None of the groups you have implicated attach any significance to either thoseplaces or that date.
Second, the Presidents schedule is incredibly micromanaged and often running behind, and it is therefore not very likely that he was there specifically for that time, but far more likely that it was the only time they could get there. It's not as if the president can just go strolling around NYC, roads have to be closed for the motorcade, areas and buildings must first be cleared by the Secret Service. All this makes it functionally impossible for the president to be anywhere at a specific moment.
Third, how do you know that the day was specifically picked? It's far more likely that there was a meeting or speech of some sort as opposed to closing down a section of NYC just so PotUS and FLotUS could go sightseeing and acknowledge some communist/witchcraft conspiracy while they were at it.
And finally, what does any of this have to do with Obama's religion? What is it that you are claiming? It seems you think that he is a godless communist, while at the same time a wicca worshiping druid conspiracist.
