Most of us couldn't give a hoot about gays if they confined their activities to their private homes and their campaign for rights ended 20 years ago when sodomy was decriminalised.

What infuriates us about fags is the radical fag lobby. They're not satisfied with the rights they have. They make more and more outrageous demands.

Demanding gay marriage.
Demanding the right to adopt children
Demanding the Red Cross accepts their blood
Demanding the right to address jnr highschoolers and give "OK to be gay" lectures
Publishing childrens books with gay thenes.......

It goes on and on.

Every group has the right to be left alone. NOBODY has the right to demand acceptance. If they let up. we'd leave them be. But they insist on getting political and having laws drafted that destroy our culture, so they're in the firing line.

Children of gay parents, by and large, do at least as well or slightly better than those of straight parents. AFAIK virtually all studies on the subject have shown that, with few or no contradictions.

This is something of an actuarial issue. On the whole I think the best thing for the ARC to do is STFU and just test the blood for HIV, Hepatitis, etc. no matter where it comes from, especially inasmuch as there's way more bi/closeted men out there than people think.

First Amendment. The current legal system has some issues with electronic expression, but books have been sacrosanct ever since the Bill of Rights came into effect. And frankly, more info is better for everyone.

Yup, they are called "equal rights", not "special rights". Not that I'd expect you to know the difference though. Your philosophy in that regards is probably similar to: just as we don't allow dogs to directly eat from our dinner table, we don't consider them homos (or whatever outgroup) as actual citizens.
Its all about stigmatization and the desire to keep it that way. You stigmatize because it gives a boost to your self-esteem, which is already on thin ice. You will always need an outgroup of some sorts to justify your superiority. If we were to give gays those rights, and they WILL get those rights eventually, even over your loudest protests, it would no longer be in vogue to attack them. Then you would be considered the outgroup yourselves for marginalizing them, just as the KKK are looked down upon now when they attack blacks, jews, catholics,etc.
I guess really the worst thing you could do to a bigot is to take away their justifications for hating a group. Not that I'm actually going to insist we violate free speech in that regards. But it scares hatefull people sooo much that that right will be taken away from them, because if they can't justify themselves by hating any other group then there is only one person left. Themselves.

Their fight for equal rights will carry on until they are allowed to marry, adopt, inherit, make end-of-life decisions; ya know, equal rights with heterosexuals. Besides, homosexuality isn't decriminalized everywhere yet; it carries a death sentence in Uganda, for example, and it’s more or less prohibited to mention the existence of homosexuals in Russia.

How come only homophobes meet this "radical fag lobby" and know about the “gay agenda”? I've only ever met normal, decent human beings, who just happen to be attracted to people of their own gender.

In Sweden, they have most of those rights, and it has had no impact on our culture, whatsoever.

What if you were prohibited from marrying your significant other, Newman? What if you couldn't have children? Wouldn’t you want to fight for those rights, then?

There's almost always a shortage of blood, so we ought to be glad for everyone (who's physically healthy) who is willing to give blood. A lot of those highschoolers are struggling with their own homosexuality, and it would ease their lives significantly if they were told that it IS OK, others are just like them. As long as the gay "thenes" are just Ria the Rabbit has two moms (nothing sexual), it ought to be fine with all sane people.
