No, Satan has absolute control - he has dominion in this World according to scripture (otherwise he couldn't have offered Christ anything).

I personally believe that God and Satan are best buddies, and are only trying to mess with us because they like to watch us suffer. I mean, why else would Satan have control of the weather when he's up against and all-powerful god?
You know, the more I read the stuff all you guys are babbling about, the more I'm convinced Satan's on the side of righteousness....he doesn't seem to be the one drowning worlds and endorsing slavery....
How the fuck do these people manage to function in the real world? They believe things that even the early founders of Xianity were iffy about (Revelation was nearly excluded from the wholely babble!) Myths, contradictions, statements about (mythical) things that aren't even written down by authorities the Church finds acceptable!
For the sake of suffering humanity can't someone rapture them away? Anyone? Anywhere???

No you stupid knave, Satan has all control over the weather. That is why it rarely rains on my golf game. Satan is watching over me. Of course, the few times it does rain, he does that to prevent me from getting a bad score. My golf game is "satan's will".
