So ape and man share 96 percent of the DNA of a common ancestor. What makes up the 4 percent that distinguishes man from ape? Could it be the so-called God gene? If so, could such a gene be defective in some folks in that it drives them away from the ways of God to the ways of Satan, who can counterfeit every virtue except obedience?
