* You say anything a democrat does, you could do also, only better.
* You think everyone who disagrees with you is a paedophile.
* You spell like a 10 year-old and think like a 5 year-old.
* You can't tell the difference between an individual doing something and everyone who has something in common with that individual doing it.
* You think anything critical of you is obviously not funny, unlike your criticism of everyone else.

For your information, the religious right relies heavily on the Catholic Church as an ally in its "traditional family values" jihad, and it's the Catholic Church that has priests raping boys.
Oh, and here's a question I'd like to see conservatives answer. If it's gays and leftists who are kiddy-fiddlers, where's the pedophile scandal in the Metropolitan Community Church to match that of the Catholic Church?

Okay, I'm a proud member of an MCC, but I have to say this: the Metropolitan Community Church has only been in existence less than half a century, and the Catholic population in some cities is larger than the entire membership base of the MCC.
Just based on sheer size and time in existence, the Catholic Church would naturally have more child sex abuse scandals.

Read the rest of the tread! Someone points out that protestants do the boy raping more than the catholic's do and instead of arguing (they did in one point, I'll get to that in a sec) the just insult the guy, over and over again. One person does point out that 39.5% of the rapist were catholic priests but in his stats, 58% were protestant, which he used as a argument against what the guy said earlier but, really that is an argument that agrees with what he said.

Also, having read some of the original thread, it's amusing that they completely missed the fact that a greater proportion of protestant ministers were guilty than catholic clergy were, yet they're trying to denounce catholicism from that. Yep, once more proof that fundies ignore anything they don't agree with.

Conservatives may be against the man-on-man action (in theory, not practice) but if they're appealing to "traditional marriage" to go against that sweet, sweet guy love, it's a slippery slope to men marrying young girls. That's what "traditional marriage" was, after all. That feel good? Feel good to know that the slippery slope to pedophilia is even slipperier on your side of the gay marriage argument? Oh, and a lot of Catholics may be Democrats, but the Church itself sure as hell ain't liberal!
