When's the last time you've heard of fetus arms and legs being for sale? Even on the black market? What could fetus organs possibly be used for? They wouldn't be any good for organ transplants as the organs are not fully developed and are too small for already-born people past the age of 2.

There are some "supplements" made in China that DO use human tissue from miscarriages and abortions. Like everything else over there, when ground into a powder and taken orally it increases stamina and virility and everything else you would want.

Organic chemistry, you fool. LEARN IT. You'd need a lot of nitrogen (and I think some sulfur?) to make collagen, and also lots and lots of oxygen. There isn't enough of either simply from fat molecules.
