It's PERFECTLY OBVIOUS that the ACA violates the HYDE ACT, because the only way to avoid the tax is NOT TO BE BORN, which is essentially a MANDATE for ABORTION. This will not apply to the PRESIDENT, because he has NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE proving that he WAS NOT OF WOMAN BORN.

Do you mean that he lacks a birth certificate and that this proves that he was not born from a woman, or do you want him to provide a certificate that states that he wasn't born from a woman? Both possibilities are eat-your-own-underpants retarded, but if you meant the former proper punctuation (a period after the word certificate) would have made your meaning clearer.
Also, if he actually was "not of woman born", how exactly would he be supposed to have been born? The Hyde Act doesn't say that all taxes are illegal if they can't be avoided. Indeed, that would violate the Constitution, which says "no capitation, or other direct, tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken", which was modified by the 16th Amendment to allow the income tax. Therefore, with the exception of the Federal income tax, taxes are allowed on any person included in the census. So no Federal tax can be avoided under Constitution by persons who actually exist.
