God created all life. He did this for a reason. Our job is to accept this and study the bible to find this reason. A far batter path than claiming what " id like to think" happened.
Accept whats there, the evidence rather than making up theories that try to disprove god exists.

Science doesn't try to disprove god. Science simply happens to do so while objectively looking at the evidence which you are welcome to review from an objective point of view yourself. Oh and thank you for not capitalizing god. According to many a religious nut that has yelled at me for not doing that as well, you will be going to hell now.
My views are similar to the other posters here. However, I do believe in God the Creator, but I also happen to believe that the bible is a load of crap written entirely by small-minded men. The errors contained therein (world created in 6 days, universe only about 6000 years old, the sun standing still in the sky, etc.) are all the kinds of errors that primitive cultures would make, so they cannot be the words of the Creator of the Universe. The sole goal of science is to find out how the universe it started and functions. Science can never disprove God, but it can disprove the nonsense in the bible.
Well, in that case don´t use computers or medicines. You can say whatever you want as long as you´re consequent. Of course you´re not. You gladly say that God made life for a reason, but in the meanwhile, the others who prefer to find that reason somewhere else, had to do the tough job of progressing. Let´s see how long would your theory last if there were not such things. And by the way, don´t be so gullible, you have shown no evidence, because nobody can seriously believe that the snakes speak, to begin with. Science doesn´t disprove God, only a theory of God that people with no scientific and common sense knowledge had.
God created all life.
Proof please.
He did this for a reason.
Okay, I'll assume this faulty premise and go along with you. What is the reason?
Our job is to accept this and study the bible to find this reason.
Oh, because, Wait, WHAT? You ASSUME there is a god, who created life, somehow, you assume 'he' has a reason for it, and our 'job' is to find out the reasoning behind it?
How can I presume to know what an unprovable being outside the realm of understanding for his repeated acts of seclusion from the very beings he claims to love so much, has for an assumed reason for something that can't be proven?
Your religion has a much chance of being taken seriously as any other. So your proposition for a solution seems like an excersise in futility since the equation is fundimentally flawed.
God created all life. He did this for a reason. Our job is to accept this and study the bible to find this reason.
You'd think that your omniscient, omnipotent, omnibenevolent Gawd would have found a way to tell us clearly what that reason is...
Apparently (observing most fundy behavior) God made all Creation because he was lonely and wanted someone to kiss his ass and who he could push around and punish when they didn't meet his unrealistic expectations.
Oh, and Algore Lib etc.: If God didn't make the Universe in six days, and it's explicit in Genesis, could you please provide an excerpt or a link or something like that, because I think my Bible's broken. It keeps talking about "the sun set; the sun rose; the Nth day" in the first verses of Genesis, while God is wandering around speaking everything into existence.
"God created all life."
Prove it. Before you start that, you might want to prove that God exists.
"He did this for a reason."
Non-existant beings do not do anything.
"Our job is to accept this and study the bible to find this reason."
No, having studied the Bible, my "job" is to help others find their way out of their Xian delusions.
"A far batter path than claiming what " id like to think" happened."
Except that is exactly what YOU are doing. You believe in the Xian dogma because it makes you feel happy, loved, special or whatever, without regard to whether or not it is true.
"Accept whats there, the evidence rather than making up theories that try to disprove god exists."
No, accept that for which there is credible evidence, and stop making up stories claiming that God/Jesus exists.
And the Bible is inerrant how? Because a bunch of pricks over the years have told you so? Wow, that's rock-solid evidence. Or, I suppose, you just felt in your heart that it was right?
Truth makes many assumptions, such as god created life for a reason and we're just supposed to accept this, and he provides none of this evidence he claims proves his argument. Bit of a non-starter, Truth, old son. First show us the evidence, THEN we try to disprove it. That's science.
Actually, I'm fairly sure God's not mentioned once in scientific theory. Trying to prove or disprove God is not the job of science, and science doesn't try and do it. As far as I know, God can exist alongside cosmology or evolution.
You know, truth1010 has paid a visit to a forum I moderate. Fortunately I believe he was scared off, but this particular JW has proven to be one of the most arrogant, ignorant, and closed minded theist I've ever seen. Hell, even a certain mulsim I shall call "prof" had a more open mind.
What surprised me, however, is the fact apparently at one point he was also on the Science Forums (I am also a user there).
but, aside from that, I have a better quote:
" We in our hearts all know that we were created. Why not try to find out what gods reason for making us is."
Psychologically fallicious statements like these are true gems this particular fundie loves to throw out, despite a few dozen posts proving each of his claims wrong. THEN he continues to say nobody proved him wrong, or provided any links or evidence (despite the mountains we did give), etc. Go fundies. -.-
"Our job is to accept this and study the bible to find this reason."
It sounds like you are promoting Gnosticism. Gnosticism is the view that certain forms of knowledge are essential to salvation. It is one of the oldest heresies known to Christendom, and you sound like a modern day adherent.
Come on back the next time you need a lesson in your religion.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
