Missing links?
Personally I think evolution is so funny...i mean look at the photo of number 4...come on! it's like something from the movie Planet of the Apes. (Great movie though).
I mean any person who studies the human brain knows that it is so complex that is would be impossible for it to come from any other creature.
Plus no one ever tells us where evolution came from. Who created the first cell that changed? Where are all the millions and millions of years of fossils?
Great recommendation with the Lee Strobel book; it's a must read i feel.

"any person who studies the human brain knows that it is so complex that is would be impossible for it to come from any other creature"
Our brain is no more complex than any other species'. Fail.
"Plus no one ever tells us where evolution came from. Who created the first cell that changed"
Because this has nothing to do with the observed evolutionary process. Double fail.
"Great recommendation with the Lee Strobel book; it's a must read i feel."
Do I even need to say it?
"Plus no one ever tells us where evolution came from."
No one ever tells us where god came from.
"Where are all the millions and millions of years of fossils? "
Where do you think the fossils in museums came from, dumbass.
"any person who studies the human brain knows that it is so complex that is would be impossible for it to come from any other creature."
Then why is it that over 99% of the scientists in that field DON'T say that?
If, by 'complex', he means 'convoluted' then he's partially right....we do have very convoluted brains compared to some other species. But then so do the 'monkeys' fundies fear so much.
What we do with those convoluted brains leaves much to be desired. Ergo, jjebr2's post.
Actually, the brain is probably the most flawed organ we have. Granted, it does a more complex job than any other organ, but the fact that it's so bad at it does point to either evolution or a pretty lazy Creator.
Evolution never claimed to have all the answers. The fact that that there are unanswered questions does not invalidate what is known.
The millions of years of fossils are in museums around the world. Visit one some time. You might learn something whether you want to or not.
You have a major problem Jerbel2. Funny you should admire him since you are pulling a Lee Strobel. You are totally ignoring any evidence that you disagree with(kind of like Strobel left any agnostics or atheists out of his interviews in "The Case for Jesus"), leaving out the millons of fossils and pictures available in museums and books because they don't agree with your premise. Maybe you might learn something if you changed your reading list.
Ok, the amount of recommendations for stupid shite ("avoiding 'Lucy' and her equally strongly refuted 'friends' ofcourse!" WTF??!??!) on that thread, which does NOT appear to be on an actual creationist website, makes me sad...
Here's how I think the evolution of man went, we have all these species mentioned in that link, at one point two of them must have cross breed etc and thus creating the next line of our evolution....
Mean if a lion fucks a tiger we get a liger
Verse versa we get a Tigon
“Missing links?”
Old news. This is like getting into a car and asking for the buggy whip.
“Personally I think evolution is so funny...”
I like jokes. WHat’s funny’ about evolution?
“i mean look at the photo of number 4...come on! it's like something from the movie Planet of the Apes. (Great movie though).”
I’m guessing this in an ancestor of ours? THere’s a reason we resemble apes in so many respects….
“I mean any person who studies the human brain knows that it is so complex that is would be impossible for it to come from any other creature.”
How much complexity is possible, then? At what point do scientists who really do study the brain say, “Whoa! Too complext for evolution! Need a creator on this one.”
How about the knee? Is that too complex to evolve?
How do you know?
“Plus no one ever tells us where evolution came from.”
Yes they do. It’s a process, it comes from imperfect replication in creating progeny.
“Who created the first cell that changed?”
I did. I was cleaning stuff out of the fridge in the time machine and got sloppy. Sorry.
"Where are all the millions and millions of years of fossils?”
Have you neen to a museum?
“Great recommendation with the Lee Strobel book; it's a must read i feel.”
Strobel is a con man. he asks the ‘athesit’ question, gets believer answers and never goes back to see if that IS an answer.
Confused?
