It is good a good scientific explanation to say that God did it. God is the one who observe Himself doing it. God made all of the birds on the fifth day of creation. You never heard of observeable evidence?

Hmm, I didn't see God on the witness list for the Dover trial. Obviously someone forgot to have him present HIS evidence. Until then, we pretty much limit those that can give eye witness accounts as those we can actually interview. And no, the bible doesn't count, because once again, God has not shown up and told us, "yep, I wrote it!", so we have to assume he didn't.
