In another response in the same thread about whether slavery was moral or not and if so, then why didn't God or Jesus try to stop it or say something about it, the fundie in question responded:
"Let me summarize for you. Slavery as written in the Bible is completely moral and fine.
The slavery that Britain and America did was not that written in the Bible, hence was not moral and fine."
