Articles of Impeachment can only be delivered by the House of Representatives, not by petition of of bitter right wingers on spurious, incorrect, and intentionally fictional charges.

There is no "do over" election clause anywhere in the US constitution. Were the president to be impeached then the vice president would assume the office under the 25th Ammendment and put forth his selection for a new VP to be confirmed by the senate, again under the 25th Ammendment.
1. Voter irregularities around the country, during the 2008 Presidential Election, involving ACORN and illegal voter registration.
You would first need an investigation to determine that the was criminal activities that related to the election and you would have to show that they were done on behalf of Obama with his prior knowledge. Just asserting that they happened does not meet the qualifications of "High crimes and misdemenors", you have to show both that the elections was in fact tampered with in a meaningful way and that Obama was directly involved in either planning or carrying out this tampering. As for your accusation of fraudulent voter registration you would need to prove that these fraudulent registrants actually cast a vote in the 2008 election.
2. The questionable funding and television sponsorship of Obama which unfairly presented the facts between each candidate.
Networks are able to endorse any candidate they please, and present facts any way they please. They are obligated to provide equal time to each candidate and they did. Further more any malfesence in this area would be attributible to the networks, not the candidates, unless you could prove a conspiracy between the network executives and the candidate himself.
3. Barack Hussein Obama II actual birth place.
President Obama's birth certificate can and has been verified and is not a source of contention with any legitimacy whatsoever. Moreover, Obama was born to a US citizen and therefore would be automatically considered a US citizen no matter where he was born.
4. His application and subsequent acceptance of a fellowship scholarship as a Foreign Citizen
Do you have the documentation to prove this allegation, or are you just relying on hearsay?
5. His recent comments claiming America is no longer a Christian Nation
American is not nor has it ever been a "christian nation" and if claiming that were in any sense an inpeachable offense then both George Washington, John Adams, and the entirety of the senate should have been impeached when they respectively drafted, signed, and ratified the Treaty of Tripoli.
6. His comments claiming America is a Great Muslim Nation.
You can't impeach a president for comments that he never made, or for comments that reactionary right wingers spliced together out of various speeches. Besides, even if he made such a claim, and he did not, it doesn't make it true anymore than claiming america is a christian nation makes that claim true.
7. His seeking to take over and control the banking institution
"Seeking" to do something isn't doing it. If something along these lines offends you so much then why did you not speak out when Bush and the executives from Goldman Sachs were arranging multi-billion dollar windfalls with taxpayer money?
8. His take over actions of America%u2019s auto industry
He didn't "take over" the auto industry. The auto industry had already been to D.C. time and again seeking ever more handouts of taxpayer money and they were forced into no agreement that they did not sign off on. Industries have been natinalized in the past, it wasn't impeachable then and it isn't impeachable now.
9. Grave concerns of releasing Classified Military Documentation
The President has the power to declassify anything he wants. It's not as if he outed undercover CIA agents who were still in the field under non-official cover. Where was your outrage and moral indignation then?
10. The impending closure of GUTMO
Obama isn't closing GTMO, he's closing the prison at GTMO. A prison that was created by executive fiat and can be closed by executive fiat. Something that falls under the powers of the office of the president can hardly be considered as constituting "high crimes and misdemenors" required to impeach a sitting president.
11. His continued apologies to foreign countries about America being a strong Nation.
Apologies to foreign countries on behalf of america for real or percieved wrongs in no way impacts or damages our national security and therefore cannot be considered to constitute the "high crimes and misdemenors" required to impeach a sitting president.

Petition your senators and congressmen to hold an investigation. Without an investigation you have only spurious assertions and hearsay and an attempt to impeach without any investigation and proof of a direct link to the president would only blow up in your faces and expose you as the bitter sore losers that you are coming off as now.

Another claim based on hearsay with no documentation to back it up. Not only that but an accusation that has nothing whatsoever to do with the election or the office of the presidency. You can't impeach a president without proving a fraudulent election or abuse of the office of the presidency. What you are going on about would be the equivalent of trying to impeach Bush in 2006 because he had a DWI a few decades before. It simply doesn't fall under the scope of the impeachment clause.

He did not claim that "America is no longer a christian nation" he claimed that it never has been, and he's got a treaty, innurmerable founding fathers, two presidents, and a unanimous vote in the senate that say he's right.

Most of them have, regardless of whether or not you accept the answers. Others are actions which fall within the powers of the office of the president and unless you can prove them to be criminal they are not subject to being second guessed or overridden by the citizenry. If you disagree with his conduct then you are free to vote against him in the next election.
Thus, we the people seek the recall of President Barrack Hussein Obama II, and respectfully request the House of Representatives and the Senate to move forward with a recall action immediately
The is not statute or clause in US federal law for a recall vote, while it may exist in some states it does not exist on a federal level. You don't get a "do over" election. You want to impeach Obama then you are going to get Biden and so on and so forth down the line of succession guaranteed by the 25th Ammendment.

There is no class of citizens that are "true americans" while the rest aren't.
