Now a soul is a part of a human that exists after death. Hell is a place that damned souls go to after death. So how can atheists go to hell if we have no souls? And if an atheist is someone with no soul then they have no choice in the matter, so it's not their fault, so there is no justification for them to go to Hell anyway?

Oppression involves denial of rights. You do not have the power to deny me any of my rights, therefore, you cannot oppress me. I don't think you even know what "oppress" means.
As for atheism being correct, those of us with more than a couple of brain cells realize one cannot prove a negative. All the available evidence points toward there being no gods to the point that belief in gods is ridiculous, but one cannot absolutely prove a negative.
Fervent belief, denial of evidence and stamping your feet will not make your imaginary friends real.

Most athEIsts are agnostic atheists; we say that we don't know whether there are gods or not, but as there is not one shred of evidence for the existence of any of them, we will live our lives as though there are no gods, until such evidence surfaces.

How come there are older religions than Judaism (from which Christianity hails), that say that THEIR god created the Earth? If your god is The One, oughtn't he be the first one to create the Earth?
