From what I have seen though, the biggest problem is the lack of scientific understanding. If more people knew more about science, then they would have a better understanding of creationism.

Not so highly polished mirror, but, still quite a polished mirror you have there, that you are staring at.
"From what I have seen though, the biggest problem is the lack of scientific understanding. If more people knew more about science, then they would have a better understanding of creationism being nothing more than an ancient Hebrew myth, instead of science ."

ROFL... LMAO... ROFLMAO... *dies laughing*
And if can't come up with anything more coherant than that, you know it's hilarious.
Well the law of averages says that not even a fundie can be wrong all the time.
Though JohnR7's 'understanding' of creationism is probably a lot different to that of someone who knows more about science.
I vote we award JohnR7 the 'Irony Cross' for bravely fighting on, despite a severe (and self-inflicted) foot injury!

I couldn't agree more. :^D

And when people DO have a better understanding of creationism, they kick it to the curb after laughing at it.
So yes, the biggest problem IS a lack of scientific understanding. Too many stupid people take what a guy ordering tithes, wearing robes and obsessively thinking and talking about... well, probably gay sex or adultery or drugs (whichever he's doing, usually) seriously when it claims wierd mythological crap, and believe in it because they only have faith, instead of reason.
