So you agree with me, you accepted statistics about 13 yrs old, but say it is not enough

What is the difference between 13 and 9 or 11? we can go to expert medical opinions
When girls get month periods
At what age does a girl get her first period?

So what is the difference? it is percentages only
Lets say that at 15 yrs 95% of girls have month periods
at 13 it is 80%
at 11 it is 50%
at 10 it is 30%
at 9 it is 10%
at 8 (Yes only eight years old) 2%

Most of these people wand and desire sex, so the fact that some 9 years girls will need sex, what can she do?

Also note that in some of these links they said, sexual maturity or a girl will become an adult, ADULT
Calling her a child is false
In many legal cases in USA they use the term "Treated as an adult", wow they break their own rules

If statistics (They are not done by me) show that many US girls do sex before 13, what does that mean?
Does this mean that they do it at exactly the age of 13

Anyway it is not my or your opinion it is pure medical fact, girls starting from age 8 (or even maybe 7 or 6 sometimes, I don't know) will need and do sex
(See how many young whore who got pregnant in US now)

The Question is, What is the best regulation for them?
Does this regulation should depend on Age? and what will be that Age?

Yes, there is no hard and fast scientific reason why all children of age X can't have sex and all children of age X+1 can.

But why should there be a scientific reason for this? It is a dictate of the society you live in, and is set (usually) by a representative legislature elected by that society.

The age of consent varies from country to country (and in the US even from state to state) for the very reason that there is no universally agreed criteria as to when someone is mature enough for sex. But if we insist, for reasons of informed consent, on maturity of the mind as well as body, the age of a girl's first period would be a particularly poor indicator.

Nor is it relevant that a child may 'desire' sex at any particular age. My daughter wanted to drive the car at four years old, it doesn't qualify her for a license.

This is called the Naturalistic Fallacy, and is commonly summed up as "getting 'ought' from 'is'" (which is actually a subtly different, but related, argument). That an individual is capable of sexual intercourse does not imply that they ought to be allowed to have it.

Age of consent is a mutually agreed basis for mental/emotional maturity, not physical. A girl's period is a poor indicator of sexual maturity, since her body, bones and organs are immature and would struggle to support pregnancy, which is potentially lethal for a woman in her twenties. What do you think it will do to a little girl? Like David B said, just because an individual is capable of sexual intercourse does not imply that they ought to be having it. When girls start menstruation at eight or younger, it's generally seen as pituitary gland disorder and treated with hormones to suspend puberty until a later age, and rightfully so. Let the child have a childhood.

Science aside, seriously, how many fucking nine-year-olds "want" sex with a grown adult? How many actual grown females want sex with YOU, Afadly? I guess that it's a negative number. Being physically capable of becoming pregnant ? ready to have sex. I go my period at 12. I was most certainly not ready for sex. Human females hit puberty far too early in life, especially compared with most mammals -- it doesn't matter what age you get your period at, most females can't carry a healthy pregnancy until they're at least in their mid teens, and psychologically most girls aren't ready for pregnancy or a child until their 20s at the EARLIEST. The majority aren't ready until they're around 30ish.

In other words, STOP MAKING LAME EXCUSES FOR BEING A PEDOPHILE, YOU CHILD MOLESTING PIECE OF SHIT.

if i wouldn't know this person's previous posts, i'd say he makes at least some valid statements but worded them wrong because his english is inadequate. I read it (before i read the name mind you) that an arbitary age of consent isn't correct and depends on each person individually. Im personally more for some form of test to measure "adulthood" then an age limit (see canadian law part pointed out earlier)

@anti-goth: chris hansen always gives me the creeps whenever i see his face, there's something...plastic-manequin like about him that makes heem creepy. showing it tilted like that didn't help that feeling.

As Princess Rot, Little Miss and others said, being fertile doesn't mean that a little girl can safely take an adult penis (even if I suspect that Afadly is of the micro-dick variety), much less carry and deliver a baby, and don't even get me started on the consent or mental maturity points.

In California, the legal Age of Consent is 18. If two 17-year-olds have sex together, they are both guilty of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse. The sickening thing, though, is that being so close to age 18, they can be tried as an adult for a crime whose very definition requires them to not yet be adults!"

The most sickening thing in the situation you describe is that even if they manage to avoid getting prison time, both kids will usually have to register as child molesters, effectively screwing them over for life: absurds restrictions pretty much make it impossible to live anywhere or to finish high-school, finding work becomes equally impossible, and they get continually harrassed (and in some case murdered) by lunatic busybodies and vigilantes who got their name and address courtesy of the government... (not to mention the harrassment suffered by their family, and sometimes by people unfortunate enough to share the name of the "offender" or to live in the house said "offender" previously inhabited).

All that over things that are no crime under any sane definition. I remember reading about a 15yo girl getting convicted of child pornography because she sent a few racy pictures of herself, and other logical disconnects where teens got convicted because they were old enough to fuck, but not old enough to take pictures/home videos of themselves fucking, or old enough to fuck but (due to legal leftovers of sodomy laws) not old enough to get/give a blowjob....

Well, I remember reading an article on Wikipedia that said that during an experiment, an erection-measuring device registered a reaction in about 25 to 33% of the subjects when they were exposed to child porn. That said, this isn't necessarily indicative of genuine arousal, as the jolt of adrenaline associated with violent emotions (such as anger, fear or disgust) can trigger mechanical erection, IIRC.

Unfortunately I couldn't find the article again to check if my memory was correct or to find sources, so take this with a grain of salt. (I think it was the pedophilia article, but it looks like it has been entirely rewritten since I read it).

I recall on my OB/GYN rotation we had a 13 year old patient. I asked specifically about associated risks with such a young patient. The attending staff didn't know any off hand. So I did a quick medline search and there were some, but not any more than other age ranges and certainly not anywhere close to the increased risks women 35+ endure.

Fact is, women are in a better position to have children at a younger age, hence why we men evolutionarily tend to find younger women more attractive. It's not right or wrong (see "Naturalistic Fallacy", but what seems to be what the evidence points toward.

Teenage women have been having babies all our existance; arbitary laws about age of consent don't change biology.

Lastly, this is a more serious discussion than I want to have. I have a 12 year old daughter and I WISH it werent true that she will soon be biologically an adult, but my wishes don't dictate scientific fact. We'll just leave it at that.

Were you ever a girl of eleven, Afadly? No? How the heck can you then know what they "wand and desire"? If the girls want sex, they can masturbate; a very good way of getting to know yourself and what you like and, just as important, don't like.

Sexual maturity is mostly in the head of a person, I'd say. Most progressive countries have decided that young teenagers should be protected from adults wanting to have sex with them; that's why most countries have statutory rape laws, and why those laws are seldom used against teenagers who have sex with other teenagers of similar age.

I bet that in most of the legal cases where they treat a teenager as an adult, he or she is the perpetrator of a serious crime, and is deemed cognizant enough to realize the consequences of his/her actions.

Where did the word "whore" come from, Afadly? It seems you want to be able to have sex with eight-year-olds, but if eight-year-old girls do have sex, they're whores? What does that leave you, whore-monger?

Your argument is as stupid as saying that when males can have an erection it means that they should have all types of sex and should also rape people, or be raped, because they're "ready". It doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do.

A girl with menstruations doesn't mean a girl who wants a man inside her, it doesn't mean that she has the capacity to evaluate what it means, to protect herself against unwanted consequences, to consent to sex, to become your slave toy, it doesn't mean that she should be denied education, it doesn't mean that sex would not harm her and it does not mean that pregnancy would not kill her. As an apparent child abuser, you are willing to discard all those facts and to disregard her own wellbeing, in favor of your own fantasies and to even justify them with pseudointellectual rationalization propaganda. It may also suggest psychopathy, the incapacity to have empathy. You're even calling victims "whores".

Instead of promoting harm on the web, consult for your own serious personal problems.
