Prophecies speak in a mystical language at times. It is clear that there will be some enemies of the Faith who survive "the 3 Days", as the Great Monarch will successfully (have to) wage war against them.
What the Church must do when it becomes possible is to:
1. Sequester the Jews into the Ghettos as in the past, using the most advanced surveillance/GPS technologies (to protect Catholics and Christendom).
2. Make the Inquisition Stronger than ever to capture and punish heretics and infiltrators.
I shared these two points with a true Bishop, with canonical mission from Gregory XVIII, about a week ago, and he thoroughly liked them.

Gregory XVIII is the "pope" of the Palmarian Catholic Church, a schismatic church in Spain that broke away from Catholicism when the Catholic authorities refused to recognize a local apparition of Mary. They have some connection with sedevacantists, fanatically conservative Catholics who believe the Second Vatican Council corrupted the church so deeply as to render subsequent popes illegitimate. (Apparently the Palmarians aren't exactly sedevacantists, because they believe that Paul VI, a post-Vatican II pope who was in charge at the time of their apparition, was a legitimate pope but was held prisoner by the evil people who refused to accept the legitimacy of their local miracle.)
So this guy is from the looniest fringe of Catholicism, talking about the opinions of a fake bishop appointed by a fake pope. It's as fundie as it gets, but fortunately these people are nowhere near the levers of power.
a true Bishop
I love it when these yesteryear Catholic fractions spew their nonsense, not realizing what's really going on in the modern Catholic parishes. What surpsises me is that Despina wrote this in English and not in Latin.
I bet she loves and insists on the Latin mass without knowing one word of the language.
And with you Sedevacantists, Despera , this is what your 'Stronger' Inquision will look like:

Cardinal Xininez (Michael Palin): 'Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! Our chief weapon is surprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise.... our two weapons are fear and surprise...and ruthless efficiency.... Our three weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency...and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope.... Our four...no... amongst our weapons.... amongst our weaponry...are such elements as fear, surprise.... I'll come in again.'

Oh, and as you lot don't recognise Pope Francis, I guess you've done a reverse -Ann Widdecombe, joined the Church of England and acknowledge the Most Reverend Justin Welby: the Archbishop of Canterbury as your True Bishop, then.
@ mary
In my defense, the comment does say "Gregory XVIII" (18th, which as far as I can tell only refers to the pope of the Palmarians) rather than "Gregory XVII" (17th, the papal name that supporters of the Siri Thesis believe Giuseppe Siri chose). Maybe it's a typo. Anyway, they're still Catholic wingnuts.
Mystical language?
Like what, elvish? Legalese?
I don't like your fantasy. I'll stick to my current fantasy of being a pokemon trainer. c:
Yet another "religion of peace" preparing for war. With an undoubtedly Nazi-ish bent.
I sincerely hope that bishop was just humoring you until you left, but it's not like the Catholic church has a good track record opposing Nazis.
So you wish to round up the Jews with some sort of 24 hour monitoring, gathering them in great concentration, perhaps having them camp far from the rest of your society, then institute a form of martial law to round up and deal with undesirables....
Where have I heard this before?
@Dr. Razark
Among other places (see: Tehcir Law, Ottoman Empire; Three Alls Policy, WWII Japan; Haiti massacre, Haiti; Cambodian Genocide under the Khmer Rouge, Cambodia; The leadup for the Rawandan Genocide, Rawanda). It's a disturbingly common trend in history (particularly the last couple centuries)...

Just send in Ciaphas Cain: HERO OF THE IMPERIUM ! X3
Y'know, Sean Bean would be perfect for the role, should they make a feature film. [/"Sharpe"]
The Palmarian Pope is tons of fun:
".He has defined that God hates the person in mortal sin. Not the sin, the person."
"1. Sequester the Jews into the Ghettos as in the past, using the most advanced surveillance/GPS technologies (to protect Catholics and Christendom)."
Why bother with ghettos why not send them straight to death camps.
Sorry but the Godwin was just too tempting to pass up.
@brazenTyrant
"Am I the only one who's disturbed that she's talking about the Inquisition in present instead of future or past tense?"
Well, it still exists.
"In Italy, after the restoration of the Pope as the ruler of the Papal States in 1814, the activity of the Papal States Inquisition continued on until the mid-19th century.... In 1908 the name of the Congregation became 'The Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office', which in 1965 further changed to 'Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith', as retained to the present day."
Confused?
